This Shipping Policy explains where we currently deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something goes wrong with your parcel.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to destinations within the Republic of Croatia. EU-wide shipping is on our roadmap for the near future. If you are based elsewhere in the EU and are interested in ordering, email us at orders@arlenemart.euand we will notify you when your country becomes available.

Carriers

We use established Croatian parcel carriers for domestic delivery. The specific carrier for each order is selected based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The carrier name and tracking link are provided in the shipping-confirmation email we send when your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders typically arrive 2 to 5 business days after the shipping-confirmation email is sent. Delivery to more remote areas or islands may take longer. These are estimates based on carrier-reported averages — we do not guarantee a specific delivery date, but we will do our best to keep you informed if a shipment is delayed.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your order. The exact cost is shown on the checkout page before you click Place Order. There are no hidden fees.

Order Processing

Orders placed on business days are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or Croatian public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email when your order ships, including tracking information.

Tracking

Your shipping-confirmation email includes a tracking link from the carrier. If you have any questions about your shipment, email us at orders@arlenemart.eu and include your order number.

Damage on Arrival

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging before opening it and contact us within 7 days at orders@arlenemart.euwith the photos and your order number. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund. See our Returns Policyfor the full process.

Undeliverable Packages

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable — for example because the address was incorrect, the parcel was not collected from the pickup point in time, or delivery was refused — we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost, or refund the order minus the original outbound shipping cost.
