Mr. Gulaman Black Jelly Powder 25g

Mr. Gulaman Black Jelly Powder is a gulaman (agar) mix for making traditional Filipino black jelly dessert. This powder creates the translucent, firm jelly used in halo-halo and other Filipino cold desserts. Dissolve powder in boiling water according to package directions, pour into a mold, and refrigerate until set. Cut into cubes for halo-halo, fruit salads, or serve with sugar syrup.
