Monika Taro Leaves are dried taro leaves (gabi leaves) used in Filipino cooking, particularly for the dish called laing. These dried leaves provide year-round access to this nutritious vegetable. Rehydrate by soaking in water, then cook in coconut milk with chili and seasonings for traditional laing. The leaves can also be added to soups and stews.
